Get ready to sweat, tone, and transform! Our small-group classes, led by a Certified Personal Trainer, pack a punch in just 45 minutes. You'll unleash calorie-burning kickboxing combos on the bags, sculpt lean muscles with resistance moves, and build a rock-solid core with targeted exercises. Plus, boost your flexibility with a dynamic range of upper and lower body stretches. Whether you're a total beginner or a fitness pro, these classes are designed for everyone—no previous kickboxing experience needed!

 Get ready for an exciting journey! Your dedicated Certified Personal Trainer will kick things off with an initial assessment, helping you set achievable goals for the next six weeks. Each week, you'll receive inspiring emails packed with motivational messages and tips to keep you on track. Plus, you'll have the accountability you need to ensure you attend your classes and crush your goals. At the end of the six weeks, we’ll celebrate your achievements with a final assessment to see just how far you’ve come!
